If you want the Monitor interface to display the Engine IDLE status, you need to meet the following conditions:
1. In the personal preferences, turn on the Engine IDLE display (the default is to turn off the display);
Settings -> Preferences ->Engine IDLE -> (open)
2. The conditions for triggering Engine IDLE are:
The device enters the Engine IDLE state when ACC is ON and is static;
Static definition: The speed is less than 5km/s or no GPS data is sent for more than 30 seconds, it is considered static;
3. Engine IDLE events that exceed 2 minutes will be recorded by the system and can be queried in Engine idle report.
Engine IDLE alarm:
1. Give customers the permission of Engine IDLE alert;
2. The customer turns on Engine IDLE alert for the device and sets the Engine IDLE alarm threshold;
Device -> Details -> Alert settings -> Engine IDLE -> (check and set the alarm threshold)
3. After the device triggers Engine IDLE alert, the customer receives an alarm;
4. The minimum engine IDLE alarm threshold is 6 minutes.
